Teacher Appreciation Week
Sunday – Chalk the Walk
Join us at 5:00 PM to decorate the sidewalks with encouraging messages and drawings around campus.
Monday – Thank You, Teachers
Students are encouraged to write a note sharing something they appreciate about their teacher.
PAT will provide a coffee truck for all staff.
Tuesday – Dress Up Tuesday
Students may wear their teacher’s favorite color or dress like their teacher.
PAT will provide a hot breakfast for all staff.
Wednesday – Bring Your Teacher a Flower
Students are invited to bring a single flower for their teacher.
PAT will provide lunch for Lower School and Middle School staff.
Thursday – Thankful Thursday
Students may bring their teacher a snack, drink, or piece of fruit.
PAT will provide lunch for High School staff.
Friday – Fun Friday
Students can draw a fun picture or write a funny joke for their teacher.
PAT will provide a snack wagon and a special surprise for all staff.
Middle School Dance
Join us for the LMA Middle School Dance on Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 5–8 p.m. as we bring the spirit of a Luau to life!
Admission: $10 per person (pay at the door)
Who: LMA students only (no outside guests)
Dress Code: Semi-formal
Boosterthon Fun & Color Run
The day kicks off with a 3K run for 1st grade at 9:00 AM, followed by 2nd–5th grade at 12:00 PM. The excitement continues in the afternoon with the Middle School/High School Color Run at 1:30 PM, where HS students will help shower MS participants in color for a fun, unforgettable finish!
We are also looking for volunteers to help with water stations and leaf blowing to keep the course ready and safe throughout the day.
This event supports schoolwide goals, including academic and curriculum updates across all grade levels, with a fundraising goal of $35,000. Funds raised will directly benefit student learning and programs.
Special Incentives:
If we reach 30% pre-KO registration by Kickoff Day, the admin team will get pied in the face
Additional student fundraising incentives begin at $150 raised per student
Come ready to run, get colorful, and support a great cause!

Interims are issued electronically. Students in grades 7-12 should check PowerSchool for your 13.5-week official average.
This academic update marks the half-way point in the fourth 9-weeks grading period.
